Hordern Room: Full Private Hire

80 – 100+ GUESTS

Perfect for larger celebrations, the Hordern Room offers complete privacy and access to the adjoining deck.

Ideal for milestone events, and corporate functions, this versatile space accommodates up to 80 guests seated or more than 100 for a cocktail-style event.

Hordern RooM: Half RooM

20 – 60 GUESTS

A refined choice for smaller gatherings, the Hordern Room offers a semi-private setting without deck access.

Suited to group lunches, dinners, or intimate celebrations for 20 to 60 guests.

John Oxley Room

45 – 70 GUESTS

The John Oxley Room provides a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere for up to 45 guests seated, or 70 for a cocktail style event.

Semi-private and adaptable, it’s perfect for birthdays, business events, or social occasions where connection and comfort matter most.


THE DECK

27 – 50 GUESTS

Our sunlit Deck offers a relaxed alfresco setting overlooking the greens and is available to book on its own or in addition to the Hordern Room.

Whether booked independently or alongside the Hordern Room, your event includes access to half of the Deck, creating an ideal space for casual celebrations, cocktail-style events, and warm-weather gatherings.

Please note that for any Deck bookings, wet weather plans must be discussed and confirmed with your Functions Manager.

Members Room

Reserved exclusively for members, this space is not available for private hire.
